St Clement's High School Wnat

A Secondary School of the West Norfolk Academies Trust

St Clement's is a vibrant and friendly community. We have a well-mannered, calm and purposeful working environment. High expectations are set at St Clement's, success is celebrated and the rewards scheme enable students to earn termly prizes for academic progress, high attendance and good behaviour.

St Clement's is a friendly yet focused school. Ofsted inspected us in January 2017 and graded us as "Good" in all categories. We have a committed staff who have worked hard to secure good exam results. Our students told the inspectors "the best thing about this school is the staff, they make the school what it is". Our school has been oversubscribed for several years and has a strong reputation in the area.

Students tell us that they feel safe and happy here, which allows them to concentrate on achieving the best possible progress in lessons. The school provides a broad and balanced curriculum and there is a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities available. Whenever our students work with people from outside they create a very positive impression.

St Clement's High School is part of the West Norfolk Academy Trust which was developed from the success of Springwood High School and also includes Marshland High School, and Smithdon High School.

The school is located in the village of Terrington St Clement which is approximately seven miles from the historic town of Kings Lynn, from where there are regular train links to London and Cambridge. The picturesque North Norfolk coastline is also within easy travelling distance.

The West Norfolk Academies Trust offers:
  • The opportunity to work and progress across a family of schools in West Norfolk.
  • The support and expertise of outstanding faculties across the Trust.
  • A full and detailed support programme for those new to the profession as well as for middle and senior leaders.
  • Preparation for the future promotion and responsibilities within the Trust for ambitious, creative and dynamic colleagues.
