3. Job Seekers

All content of www.schooljobsearch.co.uk is given in good faith, and we will not allow content we know to be incorrect. However it is the responsibility of the job seeker to confirm information given. In particular we urge you to get confirmation in writing for any overseas position. Any actions taken by job seekers using www.schooljobsearch.co.uk are their own responsibility, and not that of School Job Search Limited. We will not take further advertisements from advertisers we know have deliberately and seriously misled job seekers.

4. Advertisers

By placing an advertisement on www.schooljobsearch.co.uk you agree to pay the fee posted at that time on www.schooljobsearch.co.uk, allowing for any discount agreed by us. We are VAT registered: VAT will be added to fees charged. When a fee is due an invoice will be emailed to your administrator, which must be paid within 30 days.

Only advertisers approved by us, School Job Search Limited, will be able to post advertisements on www.schooljobsearch.co.uk. We do this to protect both your and our reputations. We aim to confirm approval within 3 hours of application during working hours. You will be given a username and password, which you are responsible and liable for keeping confidential, and for controlling their use. You will log out properly at the end of each session, change the password as necessary, and inform us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Advertisers are solely responsible for all content of their advertisements posted on www.schooljobsearch.co.uk, in particular that it is correct, legal, decent and not harmful. We are not responsible or liable for, and do not vet, any content, but reserve the right to alter or withdraw any advertisement that does not meet our standards. We will immediately inform the advertiser concerned.
