Norfolk

Part Time KS2 Teacher (2 Days)
MPS 1-6

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, hardworking, enthusiastic and innovative KS2 teacher to help continue our school's development, now and for the future. This is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely friendly, committed and supportive team of staff, governors and trustees who are passionate about widening opportunities for all children.

The successful candidate will be open to listening and finding new ideas and initiatives and be willing to contribute to school life beyond classroom teaching. We are looking for candidates who can work as part of a team and who will support the ethos, aims and visions of the school. They must have high expectations of themselves and others around them, have strong organisational skills, a positive outlook and a commitment to encourage and raise standards. Our ultimate aim is for everyone to feel valued and enabled to achieve their best and fulfil their true potential.

The successful candidate will be joining a school with children who are well behaved, polite, keen to learn and fantastic to work with, along with enthusiastic and supportive parents. We have a strong leadership and management team with hardworking, friendly and supportive staff, which makes for a great working environment. Being part of the West Norfolk Academies Trust means that we also have further support and expertise from other schools within the Trust including opportunities to plan with fellow teachers in these schools. We can also offer fantastic professional development opportunities and are keen for our staff to learn more. Our school also offers a dedicated ICT suite, ipads and a swimming pool.

We encourage visits to our school for you to see our facilities and talk to the children about our school. Clenchwarton Primary School

A primary school of West Norfolk Academies Trust

Clenchwarton Primary School is a one form entry school with about 208 children split into seven classes. We believe all children in our school are entitled to a secure and happy environment, in which they are encouraged to become independent, considerate to others and to make the most of their abilities.

The children at Clenchwarton are well behaved, hardworking and report that they really enjoy coming to school. They also report how well cared for they feel by our wonderful team of teachers, teaching assistants and support staff, who are also well behaved and hardworking!

The school is well supported by dedicated staff, strong governing body and an active PTA. The enthusiastic people in all these groups ensure that the school is involved in events in the wider community too. Pupils benefit from visiting theatre groups, storytellers, sports coaches and artists.
