West Lynn Primary School
Clenchwarton, West Lynn and Walpole Cross Keys Primaries are looking for a dedicated, passionate professional to be our Executive Deputy Headteacher, with no regular class teaching commitment, to work across our three schools. The role will involve working effectively with the Executive Headteacher and Executive SENCO to continue to drive improvements and further raise standards across our three schools.
In addition to being an exemplary role model for both pupils and colleagues, the Executive Deputy Headteacher will support the Executive Headteacher in the general running of our three schools and will be expected to play a key role in all aspects of leadership and management including being the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the schools.
The successful candidate will need to be a professional who has already demonstrated outstanding leadership and impact in their current role. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and able to work constructively as part of a team, possessing a high level of integrity, professionalism and accountability. We are looking for a consistently highly performing colleague who can develop and lead the whole team, having excellent communication and collaborative skills when working with all stakeholders. Our ultimate aim is to enable all of our children to achieve their best.
We would also expect the successful candidate to contribute to the vision, self-evaluation, planning and successful outcomes of the school and the whole Academy Trust.
