We are seeking to appoint motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our friendly team at Marshland High School.

You will work with teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils while also promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. Provide support to pupils so that they can access the curriculum, participate in learning and experience a sense of achievement.
You will support students with special educational needs implementing the strategies and advice included in their Education, Health and Care Plan or Learning Profile and contribute to termly and annual reviews.
You will need to have good communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to set high expectations in order to motivate and inspire and a real commitment to achieving the very highest of standards.

Support Scale C, £9.79 /hour, £11,969 pro rata per annum (£18,887 Full Time Equivalent)
27.5 hours/week, 39 weeks/year (term time +1)
Start date September 2022
