Clenchwarton Primary School part of West Norfolk Academies Trust have a vacancy for an Assistant Headteacher. They are looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for teaching and learning, to work in partnership with the executive leadership team, staff and governors. The post is suitable for candidates with demonstrable, successful leadership experience. The person appointed will have a teaching commitment in KS2.
The successful candidate will support the Executive Leadership Team in securing high standards of teaching and learning across the whole school. They are looking for a candidate who is forward thinking and solution focused. They will be an excellent practitioner with high expectations of self and others, able to coach and mentor colleagues to bring out the best while creating a climate for teaching and learning which leads children to a lifelong love of learning.
Salary: L1 - L5

Clenchwarton Primary School is a one form entry school with around 195 children split into seven classes. We believe all children in our school are entitled to a secure and happy environment, in which they are encouraged to become independent, considerate to others and to make the most of their abilities.
The children at Clenchwarton are well behaved, hardworking and report that they really enjoy coming to school. They also report how well cared for they feel by our wonderful team of teachers, teaching assistants and support staff, who are also well behaved and hardworking!
