Teaching Assistant

Clenchwarton Primary School

Norfolk

Clenchwarton Primary School are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work 1-1 with a pupil.   You will be a forward thinking, friendly, reliable and caring person  A cheerful and outgoing nature is required as well as a genuine desire to work alongside colleagues. You must have lots of patience and enjoy being with children.
 
Under the direction/instruction of teaching/senior staff, work with and provide intensive support for individuals or groups. To supervise physical and general care of pupils, including those with SEN.  Support access to learning for pupils and provide support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
 
10hrs 40 minutes a week, Thursday & Friday, 39 weeks a year (term time +1)

Clenchwarton Primary School is a one form entry school with about 208 children split into seven classes. We believe all children in our school are entitled to a secure and happy environment, in which they are encouraged to become independent, considerate to others and to make the most of their abilities.

The children at Clenchwarton are well behaved, hardworking and report that they really enjoy coming to school. They also report how well cared for they feel by our wonderful team of teachers, teaching assistants and support staff, who are also well behaved and hardworking!
