Learning Mentor - Science

Marshland High School, part of West Norfolk Academies Trust has a vacancy for a  Learning Mentor. This role is to support students with Science, specifically those that are showing signs of underperforming, have missed parts of the curriculum or have specific weaknesses. Helping students to extend their understanding of specific topics.

This role would be ideal for somebody wanting to gain experience working with young people, who has a calm and patient manner and understands the importance of learning in day-to-day life and can impart that understanding to our students. This role is a great opportunity to be part of something which is critical to a young person's future - and if you want be part of making that difference, we'd encourage you to apply.

30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term Time +1)

All staff appointments are subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check with barred list.
